This was all hashed out in another thread a long time ago. Bush did in fact refer to the Minutemen as vigilantes, in response to a reporter's question to him about folks patrolling the southern border. You can do your own homework on it though...Google should bring you several links right away. The last time I saw this come up, some of you folks finally conceded the point, but then started arguing that the Minutemen in fact are vigilantes so Bush was just "keeping it real". Oh, I've been through it on many threads, but it's nice of you to assume I haven't.
I've done plenty of googling on the subject.
You should do more of it yourself.
