"The Insurgent editorial indicates a desire to show Americans why the original cartoons were so offensive to the Muslim world," wrote the editor of the Emerald.

To that end they will fail. I can assure you that no one will "lose their head" over this depiction of Jesus.

As many on here have pointed out, the Muhammad cartoons were basically factual. Muhammad WAS a murdering barbarian deviant; granted he never used a bomb, but that was because he lacked the technology, I'm sure he would have been more than happy to blow-up his enemies.

In contrast, our Lord is not now, nor has He ever been the man portrayed by these blasphemers.

Perhaps that is the problem for the Muslim heathens. Christians will be disgusted by these depictions of the Savior, but that is the end of it because we know that it is an utter falsehood. The Muslims can say whatever they want, but they can not escape the absolute fact that the Muhammad cartoons are consistent with the events of his life as he himself wrote in his "holy" book.
