MONDAY MAY 1: SHOPE TILL YOU DROP!
Posted on 04/26/2006 9:00:13 AM PDT by WyCoKsRepublican
Okay, so we know that Mexicans, both legal and illegal will be boycotting "Gringo" made products, as well as not showing up for work on Monday. Sounds like a great time to go shopping! The stores will be clean, less crowded, and English will be the language heard and spoken.

Fewer shoppers make less of a mess.Yes, but that's not what's implied here.
Not when you're encouraging ~lots~ of folks to go to the stores on the same day. Seems to me they'd be more crowded than ever.

They should make every day a boycott day!!! No doubt. Imagine if they boycotted our whole country...and went home.

I don' understan'......what is shope?
To: day10
What is shope? :-) It's the middle-aged English spelling of the word "shop." You know - halfway there from "shoppe."

Being a W.A.S.P., everytime I go into our local Sam's Club I feel like a minority whether its the customers in the store or the employees . I feel like I need a Star Trek language decoder to understand what's going on around me .Same feeling at a Mets home game .

I like the idea of hiring a legal person to do the job that only an illegal will do.
Hire them on Monday, May 1.
Just a thought

I'm glad that someone else sees it. Sometimes I wonder if I'm the only one.
