Exactly, and we haven't recovered fully from last year;
from what I understand, if I'm not mistaken, all the refineries in the Gulf are still not completely on-line...

from what I understand, if I'm not mistaken, all the refineries in the Gulf are still not completely on-line... From what I understand part of the problem going on now is that there were refineries scheduled for maintenance when Katrina hit and shortly after that were kept on line. Now they HAD to be taken down for maintenance.
