Other cities might like to try this, just to get a feel for how many illegals they have living in their communities. This little exercise probably accomplished more via "rumor" than will be accomplished with the Hispanic boycott coming up on May 1st. ;)

It's just so hard to believe this could happen first in 'The Worker's Paradise' that is Madistan, WI. *Smirk* Ithica, NY should give it a try.

Rumors of a federal crackdown on illegal immigrants in the Madison area spun out of control Sunday, causing fear and panic in the Hispanic community and keeping many children out of school today.

Hehehehe. LOL. LMAO!!!!!!!

Next time walk into the local welfare office and yell out, IMMIGRACION!

Good, here is a quick list of the felonies most of them have already committed.

42 US Code 408
Whoever
(B) with intent to deceive, falsely represents a number to be the social security account number assigned by the Commissioner of Social Security to him or to another person, when in fact such number is not the social security account number assigned by the Commissioner of Social Security to him or to such other person; or
(C) knowingly alters a social security card issued by the Commissioner of Social Security, buys or sells a card that is, or purports to be, a card so issued, counterfeits a social security card, or possesses a social security card or counterfeit social security card with intent to sell or alter it; or
shall be guilty of a felony and upon conviction thereof shall be fined under title 18 or imprisoned for not more than five years, or both.

26 US Code 7201 Any person who willfully attempts in any manner to evade or defeat any tax imposed by this title or the payment thereof shall, in addition to other penalties provided by law, be guilty of a felony and, upon conviction thereof, shall be fined not more than $100,000 ($500,000 in the case of a corporation), or imprisoned not more than 5 years, or both, together with the costs of prosecution.

50 US Code 451 (f) Penalties Any person, or any officer of any person as defined in this section, who willfully fails or refuses to carry out any duty imposed upon him by subsection (b) of this section shall be guilty of a felony and, upon conviction thereof, shall be punished by imprisonment for not more than three years, or by a fine of not more than $50,000, or by both such imprisonment and fine.

Even if you don't count the little 'sneaking across the border' bit they are still guilty of Social Security fraud, federal tax evasion, and failure to register for Selective Service. Any US citizen could be imprisoned for 13 years for those crimes. Must be nice to get free felonies from the government.

it's also very amusing to drive through the illegal's neighborhoods with a loudspeaker shouting "la migra!".. it's like turning on the light in the kitchen at night..

Well I have it on good authority that the May 1 rallies are going to be targeted by Customs and Immigration and massive, truly massive numbers of arrests will be made. Border Patrol and Immigration agents from the Canadian bordere are going to be moved down to Texas and Arizona to take part in the massive crackdown of illegals marching on May 1. I hope the illegals do not hear about this.

Well placed rumors can be a very effect tool in the undeclared battle against illegal immigration. Hmmmm. Tyson's plants....hmmmmmm.

If a rumor can so panic them, then actual enforcement of our laws and a mere 3-5% arrest rate of illegals should send quite a few of the remaining illegals scrambling for home.

As soon as it's on-line, I'll add the Madison Police Department Press Release...you won't believe it. *Rolleyes*

The Mayor has already been all over TV and radio telling illegals that they have nothing to worry about by living here.

If they can calculate the number of kids that didn't show up to school today, shouldn't we taxpayers be given that information? I mean, we're footing the bill through our tax dollars to educate those Anchor Babies.

Madison is a Sanctuary City. We can't sustain this. I'm curious as to whether there are illegals employed by the City of Madison, proper.

I thought it was "imigra?" Or is that "mee-gra?"

In any event... a fun little excercise. Do it a few times, get the illegals jumpy... and record who doesn't show up for work/school, and there's your list. Then after you've done the false alarm thing 3-5 times... do it for real, and sweep up a whole bunch of 'em.

I heard that they are being rounded up and conscripted into an American Foreign Legion for the upcoming occupation of Iran.

Pass it on.

Shows how many illegal immigrants are sucking from our tax payers' financed schools teat. This is why so many Americans will go to great lengths no matter what the cost even for the poor to send their kids to private schools (above and beyond the normal lib. brainwashing that goes on there).

According to the Wisconsin census figures, in 1990 there were 9,990 Mexican born residents and in 2000 there were 57,638.

Absolutely right. This notion that "there's no way we can deport 12 million illegals, so we might as well legalize them all" is a false argument. If we enforced our laws and denied them benefits, they'd deport themselves.
