Really. same goes for alcohol gasoline. Carefully (I'm also about to prove Darwinism LOL) get a cup of alcohol and a cup of gasoline. Set both afire OUTSIDE. tell me which burns hotter. and what is an internal combustion engine but a fire place?

Putting it in a cup isn't a proper measurement as alcohol's combustibility increases with increased pressure.
