Fudd....I just got this scenario in my head but it's not all jelled yet. I believe this "shadow government" does exist and was formed to keep some truth from coming out.
But in my scenario, how it came down, it wasn't an evil thing. Well it was an evil thing but it was justified as a broader good sort of thing. Which is not to say the Clintons aren't evil. I think they're evil.
Just not in my scenario. I know I'm not making any sense. I'm tired. Let me lay down and take a little nap.

Actually I truly believe SHE is evil, I still haven't made up my mind about him. Maybe he is too but nowhere near the same extent.
I hate to tell you this....but your attempt to explain your "shadow government" theory, where the Clinton Administration may/may not be evil...
SORT of sounds like the POTUS' explanation on "24" for why he had terrorists bring in chemical weapons....LOL
I am not trying to insult you...I just got that impression...BUT, I will be very interested to read more of your theory, it does sound intriguing...
