I clouded nothing. You were unable to tell me which terrorist group receives a check when joe blow copies a cd to his IPOD. Therefore, you lost.
If this bill passes, we all lose. I can't believe we are letting corporations write our laws. It even has a nice little property forfeiture clause so the government can take your equipment just like in the drug war. You all are going to just love it when your kids are looking at ten years for a federal crime and your computer and electronics are all snatched up by our pal the gubmint so the record monopoly can make a couple of extra bucks. Think really hard before you sign on to this legislation.
I meant that in general, Golden Eagle. I know you are already completely and totally in support of this. Just out of curiosity, are you Jack Valenti in real life? Seriously. Still upset that you couldn't stop the VCR? That would be pretty cool if I were debating Jack Valenti here.

Your own selfishness aside, why shouldn't IP owners be able to protect it? From unquestionable illegal duplication, or do you even disagree such a thing exists?
