Thanks for posting this.

My heart attack 8 years ago left me with CHF - I have improved a great deal due to diet, exercise, supplements and one prescribed med.

I have lots of grandkids I intend to see grow up - ;o)

So I will "tuck this in my pocket" for my doctor
