Before the Clinton Admin left office they put a lot of appointees into civil service positions so that they could continue dim policies without being fired. The Fifth Column has infiltrated the Bush Admin.
Actually the Bush Adminstration inherited these 5th column rats in the Pentagon, State, AG's office, CIA, FBI and probably every other department in DC.
This is why I would like to see whenever a President is elected all government employees over say a GS7 have to submit a letter of resignation which is valid as long as the president serves. Then he could use it to get rid of the trash when he is sworn in or later when it is needed.

i.e. Uniteing with whom for what?..
