I don't want the children over there to starve - no decent person would but if we suddenly increase the aid by $100 million you know some or most that will get siphoned off and support terrorism...Not to mention - how the hell are we gonna put pressure on other countries not to help Hamas when we are doing it ourselves?

I doubt much of this goes to food. It's for "strengthing institutions" and schools to teach jihad. We fund UNWRA already, about a third of the budget. With the originally budgeted $140 million in aid there wasn't any concern about children starving. Now that we've doubled their aid, I think the kids will be eating.

As to pressuring other countries, obviously we look like fools. Our Arab allies, and enemies, read this weakness.
