The problem is that the sorry ICE people should do this everyday, since that is what they are paid to do. How many will be at a TYSON chicken plant in the AM?

Springdale, Arkansas would lose half of their population if they raided the Tyson plants there and hauled off all the illegals and locked up the Tyson executives responsible for bringing them in. After that they can hit Pilgrim's Pride.

If they would do lots more high profile raids like this and lock up some big wigs instead of meaningless "fines" I believe we would see some results. One raid every six months isn't going to cut it.

Right now the current fine a business faces for hiring an illegal alien is only $250 per illegal hired. So let's say a business saves $10,000 per year per illegal in reduced payroll and IF by some freak accident they get caught they pay a measly $250 fine. Hmm, I wonder which option many businesses would choose?

Start charging $10,000 per illegal hired and throwing some executives in jail and you would dry up the demand bigtime. Of course, when we have many spineless jellyfish for Republican leaders in Congress it's almost hopeless. Harry Reid is running the Senate right now, not Frist. They would rather pander to the business lobbyists and latino voters than stand up for the American culture and laws. The Pubs are going to get killed in November.

They don't have the manpower.
