What would you have him/her do? Kidnap the child? Unless the child was being directly molested, exposing it to these things is not illegal and social services is not interested.

Oh, you obviously don't know how much "Family Services" can mess with heterosexual families. I would recommend straight forth confrontation, followed by peer pressure. If that didn't work the Nazis - "Family Services".
