Earmarking is theft from the Treasury mixed with money laundering.
Being a Corning shareholder, I guess I should be happy that they are bribing Hillary and she is corrupt enough to take it and pay them off. But I'd rather have an honest government with NO hillary than have a higher flying Corning stockprice.
