DU names....even at DU, one screen nmae can't hold that much venom.
I've only gone to DU a couple of times, and then only for a matter of minutes. Its like walking into a room full of 2 year olds, and trying to have an intelligent adult level conversation with a 2 year, old who doesn't know how to talk yet, but has an awful lot to say. All the while all the other 2 year olds are chattering away, grabbing your pant leg wanting attention, or just outright screaming, for the sake of screaming.
In short, sanity starts shaking, and I rush back here, for a strong double shot of reality and adulthood.
Now as opposed to this woman (and I use the term loosely), there are times here on FR that I read the state of events of this country or world, and I start feeling anger coming on. After a while of this, if I don't start reading some of the lighthearted postings here, I leave to either do something else or read something else.
There is a time and a place to be angry about something. But to constantly be in that state is not good. This woman talks about being in that state for hours and hours on end.
One of the things I love about FR is the levity that can be found here. Even about some extremely serious issues.
For example: Hellen Thomas. She has extremely serious issues. And yet she is the butt of an awful lot of jokes. (or at least her face is "the awful butt" of a joke)
