Among the many things I like about the flat tax.. one is that Chinese goods would be taxed the same as American goods.

Honestly if I was the dictator of a nation I would phase in a sales tax, while phasing out the income tax. Slowly adding one percentage to the sales tax, in the same bill that took away a few percent in income tax.

Huh? The flat tax doesn't tax goods at all. It's an income tax.
