Anybody have the latest intelligence on what is up with Iran?

I assume the irrational nutjob leader of Iran is telling us what he wants, the real question is why. It leads me to believe that he may already have the bomb and plans to use it as retaliation if attacked.

We have long known that with the rise of the fundamentalist Mullah run government in Iran after the fall of the Shaw, that Iran would one day be the bomb that could light up the middle East. Our decision to invade Iraq was simply justified as being the easier of the half dozen evils, and one that could be used to lever Iran.

It's going to come down to the people of Iran to stop this madness, or the future will be very bleak for them and the rest of the Middle East.

I am unsure that they will, however it is possible that they will revolt at some point. At least I hope that to be true. There is some sense that they are beginning to see through all this hype and nationalism and starting to worry about where it will lead them.

Well having done strategic intel work this is the way I see it unfolding. Remember the heavily armed 5000 Iranian MEK troops captured by the US during the Iraq war, well they will be playing a pivotal roll in the overthrow of the Islamic fundamentalist regime in Iran. The catalyst will be the destruction of the Iran's nuclear production capabilities. The silent majority that are forced to abide to the will of the present regime like the Iranian students and elements of the Iranian military will see the chance to rise against Mullahs while the US military move into Iranian territory. The "Daisy Cutter" ordinance will play a major roll in demoralizing the revolutionary guard response to the US invasion. How far into Iran the US will go will be the big question.

The big question, did Iran place any nuke warhead onto missiles and deploy them. Could Iran want to use an act of aggression against them as an excuse for firing a Nuke at Israel? Could be a huge mess.....
