I saw that upthread. I think more and more the defense chatter about indictments Monday is to force Nifong to defecate or abdicate. If charges are not returned or he doesn't go to the GJ, then Nifong loses the election. Once charges are returned, the defense gets all the evidence held by the DA (and vice versa).
