It should be released because we need to remember the heroes.
But I don't see this as effecting all muslims or supporting genocide.
9/11 by itself didn't reflect on all Muslims - it has been the lack of condemnation of the series of terrorist acts by people claiming to be moderates that has raised the question of coexistance with Islam, that and the cartoon thing.
Unfortunately for that argument, the Nazis terrorized not only the rest of the world but also the non-Nazis in Germany.
