Argh, coffee failure, operator halted.

"put there by their employee" should have been "put there by their employER"

I drink coffee too. You should see some of my typos! And yes you are right about the 50 to a house statement. I worked as a maintenance man at a apartment complex, and saw enough after a year on the job. Units that were empty but for twice a month when 20 plus people would show up for a few days. Four year old children left home alone for hours. Hypodermic needles laying around the play ground area. Women covered in bruises and missing teeth. I could not get anything done about any of it. Social worker visits did no good either. Finally, I just could not stand the sight of women, children and seniors going through this every day. More bad memories then good. The government changed the single family dwelling occupancy limit to 25 unrelated adults back in the '70s. So this is all very legal.
