I think ALL ballots should be in English only I agree with Onyx on that one, but it really doesn't matter since it was the liberal SCOTUS in the late 70's early 80's that mandated bi-lingual education and voter ballots.

I agree also. All official business should be in English. What languages people speak in private conversations or in their houses is their business. But everyone should know English and when working or conducting any kind of business should speak English.
