Let us also add to the legal mix, that if any of the entities mentioned were aware that laws were being violated, and then failed to report it, that is a crime in itself.


This crime is over and above entities knowingly participating in law-breaking.

Unfortunately, that is my first, initial gut reaction to this whole thing.

Bringing broken laws to their attention is one thing. Forcing them to enforce the law is another. Where to we go from there?
