Interesting, could this bolster Del. Chris Wakim's chances of winning the seat ? I believe within a decade, we might see the entire WV delegation flip to the GOP.

If something pans out in this investigation, then Wakim is a real contender. Being a Persian Gulf War veteran won't hurt him, either.
