Bush authorized the leak of sensitive intelligence information about Iraq, according to court papers filed by prosecutors in the CIA leak case.

Did Bush tell Libby to lie to the Grand Jury or the FBI? Now if Bush authorizes the release of information it is not a leak since the President is allowed to do that.

Why the prosecution considers this relevant, I don't know, anyway isn't Cheney or Rove supposed to be indicted soon?

Brit Hume just now explained it...and he's incensed by the headline (even on FOX) that Bush authorized a leak...

...He authorized release of information....ie, desensitizing information....

..he did not leak anything!
