Obviously, Yost misrepresents the facts from the beginning of the story until the end when he finally GIVES the fact...Everything above the last sentence is just cleverly worded propaganda to give the impression that Bush gave permission to "leak" Plame's name....Yost is not a reporter but a propagandist...just like his paper.
