Come to think about it...How was it that the illegal teen involved in the manslauter care accident was driving a car? According to this then he could not have a license. So how many laws did he break?

Reminds me of an American born friend of mine who was arrested for drunk driving.

The Judge in the case ruled that he would have his driver's license suspended.
Only problem is, he NEVER had a license to begin with.
