I doubt that very much. I know illegals who are making as much as US citizens, and in are valued by their employers because they are hard workers.
In the meantime, more illegals will come over to take their place.
That's why we have to build the wall.
The whole appeal to hiring an illegal is that he is "off the books" and willing to work at below market wage and without benefits. They will also not report any sort of workplace violations as they are illegal and afraid of being deported.
Put the illegals "on the books" and the appeal of hiring goes away for the overwhelmingly vast majority of illegals.

Making as much as someone on the books costs a fraction of what it costs to pay someone under the table. I have no doubt that the employers love to pay just wages and let society pick up the balance.
