My wife told me that the clerk at the check-cashing station at the grocery store downtown told her that they demand the green card from every "immigrant" before cashing their check from the local bigtime ag employer. Guess what? They all have green cards! Guess what else? All the green cards have the same ID number printed on them!
That is a quaint anecdote. I am certain that your sense of American duty compelled you to call 800-232-5378 and report the "facts" that the clerk told your wife. Of course they told you that filing a false report is a federal crime. But since you know these facts, how about posting the investigative case number here so that we can follow along as you single-handedly solve the problem in your community? We could then form a coalition and solve the problem of illegal immigration, using the tools and agencies already in place.

I may just do that. Not that it would accomplsh a diety-damned thing, of course. They know full well what's going on. It's not a matter of "investigation", it's a matter of ENFORCEMENT -- which, as a matter of POLICY, is NOT going to happen!

In closing, get real, and shake that smug attitude. You apparently got what you wanted today. Choke on it.
