I found it hard to understand that so many people would come across the broder to work and shop everyday and travel on well maintained roads, walk on cleanly sidewalks and eat in restaurants regulated by health stards boards - then return to Mexico where just across the imaginary line in the sand, sewage runs in the streets and dogs scavenge for scraps in the kitchens of eating establishments that co-incidentally have bathrooms plumbed with 3/4 inch waste lines that can't handle wads of paper, so people just throw used toilet paper on the floor.if you go to the rest rooms at the fast food joints near the border, you'll see that they don't believe that our plumbing systems can handle TP, either
