He describes the future I think we must nuke Mecca to avoid. They must submit to us or we will be forced to submit to them. Have we enough confidence in the goodness of our civilizaton that we are willing to make the hard decisions necessary to continue it? Or shall we default our posterity to the hell-on-earth that will be life under the sword of the Global Caliphate?

If you're gonna be THAT ruthless you don't need to nuke Mecca, you need to occupy it. Force the Muslims to take up arms, form armies and become concentrated targets for nukes, followed by mop ups from combined arms - taking no prisoners. Also hit their population centers.
Also need to occupy resource areas (i.e. oil fields) and exterminate or expel all potential enemies.
Don't think we can be the ruthless.

Nuking mecca will not alter the game. The Saudis just razed the Mecca home of the Prophet to make way for pilgrim accommodations. It was of no consequence. Shrines and history are distractions from the True Worship of Allah. Eventually that includes Mecca itself. When Moslems conquer they destroy the shrines, even the Moslem shrines, in a conquered area. Look at what the ISIS folks are doing. Even MSM reports on it.
