How many documents are you having to go through before finding a significant one like this? Is it one important one for every twenty that are about mundane day-to-day stuff? One in fifty?

I usually read as many documents as I can, hundreds of pages a night. 90% of them are administrative stuff, the remaining 10% are of important value regarding subject like Saddam WMD and Saddam terrorist connections. I consider this particular document dated March 11 2001, six months before 9/11, as the most important one that I have translated so far because it proves without any doubt SADDAM REGIME recruiting Iraqis from the Armed Forces to become Suicide Terrorists for the goal of hitting US targets prior to 9/11. The political impact of this document is deep, and it proves that based on this one alone that we had all the right to topple Saddam Regime after 9/11.
