He was prosecuting Rep Harold Ford and rather than drop the charges under Clinton administration pressure, he resigned and later ran for office. Ironically, he was one of those that came up with and presented the House case against Clinton.
I might be biased. He was, after all, the only Representative I have ever had that even came close to representing my views.
