Ann Coulter told a story about Delay the other nite, she said that he was at a private donor party when the Clinton/Lewinsky story broke. (no press)

When he got up to speak the first thing did was ask the audience for prayers for the President because this was going to be tough for Clinton. (of course that was before Clinton started stonewalling and blaming Lewinsky and the VRWC)

I had never heard that story.

I think Tom Delay has always been made out to be such a cad by the left....and he is tough (on the dims - they don't call him the hammer for nothing) but he does not deserve what they have done to them....he will be just fine though whatever he does.
