One quote by the lawyer: the real issues were "sex, race and Ms. McKinney's progressiveness."

Then, "The pin is not the issue," the six-time congresswoman said. "The issue is face recognition."

OK. So on one hand, they are saying that she is being singled out because of her politics, then they turn around and complain that they didn't know who she is. How can you discern someone's politics if you don't know who they are?

I would love to be the next cop to pull her over for speeding and demand to see her driver's license.

Let's ask Rep. McKinney if she can recognize each of the police officers who work at the Capitol. I am guessing she would be unable to do so. Yet they are supposed to recognize each and every member of the legislature. Of course, the response would be that they should recognize her because she is a leader of international importance... not like those poor menial laborers whose job is to guard her life! Why should she be expected to show even common courtesy to the people who put their own lives on the line for her sorry existence.
