That's good to know but I still think the Air Force should plan on a C-5 Galaxy size Replacement aircraft. The C-5 is getting up there in Years and it will be needed more as time go's by.

The C-17 is the backbone of the fleet, just look at the numbers, though I do agree a few more C-5s are needed.

After my last post this morning I went to bed after working the nightshift.

I do alot of waterfowl hunting not far from the Dover AFB just across the Delaware Bay. I put togeather about 20 images in a gif animation of snowgeese in the area. This will give some of yous a idea what us folks see who live not far from Dover AFB.

From Feb to late March as many as 100,000 to 150,000 snowgeese are within 20 miles of Dover AFB staging for the spring migration to the very northern parts of the Northwest Terr.
