I have a sick, sinking feeling that a lot of Bush's apparent affection for Clinton traces back to what went on at the Mena, Ark. airport toward the end of the 1980's. Back then the WSJ ran some editorials that pointed out an apparent connection between CIA flights going in and out of that airport and cocaine deliveries that were apparently being made to it from central America. It's at least possible that Bush I struck a deal with the Devil (Clinton) to allow the Mena airport to be used for essential secret CIA operations in exchange for looking the other way when cocaine came in on the return flights. That would nicely explain the myriad efforts Bush III has made to cover up for the Clintons' crimes.
My recollection of the OKC RM Bldg is the bldg hosted a DEA office managing a major operation vs Mexican dope rings. McV & Nickles were duped into the perp roll. DEA was nuetralized.
