So Oklahoma can deal with any state issues...
And the rest of us other US citizen's in the remaining 49 state's and Federal territory's can deal with the Federal issues
Hey, come to think of it, Hawaii wasn't even a state in 1941! We should have stayed out of WWII and let the Honolulu Police Department handle everything, right?
