This does matter because when you have to solve a problem you have to determine the source of the problem.

YOU may say racism, I may say Welfare Mentality, others may say not enough Federal Dollars and yet others may say too many Federal Dollars, racism and a corrupt/incompetent State Government.

Howlin, we think very much alike but we have different experiences in life and we come to different conclusions.

I have no problem with examining facts that lead to opinions about what ever it is we are examining, why does it bother you?

Nearly 100% right and correct on all counts and yet after 3 requests you still don't reply. Your Opinion carries less weight with me than it used to.
