Is that an admission that illegal aliens vote?No. It is a recognition of the fact that Hispanic citizens vote. And they will not vote for a party that they perceive, rightly or wrongly, as anti-Hispanic. It's human nature.

They dont see it as anti-hispanic. They want more of their countrymen to get into the US and will vote for whichever party provided more of that.
