2. she is female
3. she is a member of congress... short of live action video from 4 angles with still cameras to back up showing her shoot at or attempt to stick an ice pick in the officer, they are untouchable....
You forgot the most important piece of evidence in her favor. The police officer grabbed her by the arm first. She can always say it was a startled reaction to being grabbed.
This case is going nowhere.
It's the 'different strokes for different folks' law don't ya know!!!!! That law exempts females, blacks, congresscritters, and illegal aliens......
