My Father could live in my house. In fact, I have offered several times. But I could not live in my Father's house, and he could not live with it either.

Could be that's just the way it is with fathers and sons in my family. Nineteen-year-old men are "extra men". Nothing is quite so disruptive as "extra men".

Well okay I see your point. Maybe it's easier for women to live together, mother and daughter. I don't think I could live with my husband's mother. Two women can't rule one house ;O)

Subadult male Lions are evicted from the pride at adolescence. No argument, no discussion. Leave, or suffer constant harrassment.

Makes the decision pretty simple.

"Nothing is quite so disruptive as "extra men"."

Disruptive and dangerous. The current situation in China and some ME countries, where girl babies are murdered, will bring big trouble in the future. Men are going to get women somehow, somewhere. They will be motivated warriors.
