Unfortunately, I think you're right. The extra money for police, etc. spent on illegals...carrying the Mexican flag instead of the American didn't help their cause in my eyes.
What burns in my gut more than ANYTHING is the inappropriate use of the word "rights" .
Listen up people: they have no rights, they are not americans, they cannot vote, they do not pay taxes, they are illegal aliens eating on your dime in a lot of cases.

We are about to give away our law and heritage to the country that can dump the most on us. Imagine if China gets the bright idea.... god help us.
Heh, there's something I don't understand, and I've been wondering about this for years. Why does the Mexican government encourage their own people to immigrate to different countries? Doesn't it say something ... something bad ... about their own country and leadership? Why aren't they out there cleaning up their own country and telling their citizens not to leave?
The only thing I can think of, and it's a doozy of a conspiracy theory is that the Mexican government is hoping to retake? takeover? our country, not by force but by sheer numbers. Is that why so many refuse to assimilate or even learn English?
Oh, and do other countries have this same policy, to immigrate, legal or illegally, at will?
