This is happening in my backyard (I live twelve miles from the church). My relatives go to church there and the many of the people that work in the law office of Farese are clients. No matter what the plea, Mary has one of the best lawyer combinations in the country. My bet right now is that she will get more than favorable terms considering who is defending her. I hear a lot of gossip but no facts so far. Just a sad thing all the way around.

BTW, Farese implied that this court-appointed psych gave Mary a clean bill of mental health. "Implied," anyway.

Oh, wait, here it is - I didn't word that quite right. He was "citing reports from Winkler's court appointed psychologist that she does not pose a significant risk."
