HiJinx,I am glad your wife is feeling better .What is she planting.I only ask because I used to have time to plant and envy her-give her a real big hug from me HiJinx.

She plants philodendron, rubber trees, spider plants, mother-in-law's tongue, Christmas Cactus, whatever...I don't know the names of most of the plants. I just know they're green and they grow.
She has a way with them, she talks to them, y'know? Typical conversation goes something like, "Well look at you...need a drink?...not doing too well, I see...that's okay, I don't care...if you live, fine, and if not, there's the garbage can. I can always replace you!"
I thank God she doesn't take that attitude with me!!
