People who are PVS or brain dead, do not speak.

People who are PVS may make random vocalizations, just as they may have random eye movements. Actual words are different matter, but family members sometimes read words into random sounds. That might be what Randall Terry did when he claimed she said, "I want to live."

I'm glad to see you on here tonight Doc. Did you ever come to a conclusion that dehydration can cause blindness? The autopsy never make the distinction whether it was recent or otherwise, nor did they mention the other previous attempts to dehydrate her and what damage that may of caused.
