There is a problem brewing in germany - as the WWII generation dies off, the younger generations will engage in considerable revisionism. Considering that the 'younger generation' is increasingly Muslim, they'll be lucky if 'revisionism' is all that happens to their history. Muslims dismiss events in the Arab world prior to Islam as pagan, and unworthy of attention. I'm sure they'll feel the same about the history of pre-Islamic Europe.
