You may have a workable solution but I don't see that making them felons and expecting to prosecute and imprison them is feasible. We don't want to support all of them. I like your solution. That and shut off the freebies on this side.

I've always liked Mexicans. Our attitude would be much different if they would come here legally. I still blame liberalism for this.
