The only likeness driving without a seatbelt, driving over the speed limit, and illegally entering the US all have is that they are all illegal. I'm glad you at least admit that much.
But that's where the similarity ends. It doesn't cost me when you drive 80. It doesn't cost me if you choose to not wear a seat belt. But it does cost me when someone illegally enters the US. Do you fail to see the obvious differences making your analogy laughable?
Why not tell the real reasons behind your positions? Are you afraid of telling them?
