Townships will baracade the roads to prevent scum from entering their towns and looting, the government will begin to mobilise for Martial law. Things will go the hell in a matter of days. Rioters will bring down powergrids, and in a few days food will become a concern for everyone. In a place like California with 35 million people, food will run out VERY fast, and no more will be coming in. It will be a bloodbath.
