Free Republic does not have that level of clearance!

"Katrina's storm damage in political terms for President Bush is lasting; it has not been (and may never be) repaired."
This train of thought is pure Bovine excrement. I am living through Katrina hell... lost two homes and a business. President Bush is LOVED here in the affected areas. He has not suffered one iota in the South. It's just a MSM fabrication with which to bash him and his Presidency.

Do you go with the "Ronco General Patton Official Replica Helmet", or did you just glue a bowling trophy onto a hardhat for your official militia headgear? ;)LOL, a Pickelhaube engraved with "Low Handicap, Friday Late League, 1995, sponsored by Fat Al's Chophouse."

Exactly. The media is trying to drown him in the flood waters, but everyone SAW Ray "Chocolate City" Nagin and Kathleen Blankstare on TV and we KNOW these two morons were the main culprits.
Another media myth is that poor blacks were mainly affected by Katrina. Hogwash. The lower 9th Ward in New Orleans was all black, but Lakeview, Chalmette, Meraux and Slidell were almost all white and they were hit just as hard.

The guys think it looks like a replica of the monolith in 2001, but I think it adds a touch of dignity to our "War Planning Sessions" which take place in the cellar every Saturday night.

Instead of debaring the article, you blame Pat The more savagely they denounce Pat for saying something, the more correct Pat probably is for saying it.
To: CROSSHIGHWAYMAN
The anti-American, hate-Bush bandwagon is getting overcrowed these days. Wow. Classic conservatives are anti-American. Good to know. I hope the bushbots must be enjoying the kool-aid.

Bush is in trouble. Conservatives are becoming increasingly upset over his big spending and his failure to secure the border and fight illegal immigration. Obviously you hate America. All real conservatives favor Bush's policies across the board!
That response was sarcasm, but it is also indistinguishable from the bushbots.

"The topic was road rage and Sam was going on about "just today I must have cut some guy off and he started yelling at me and giving me the finger [Sam starts pretending to give the finger]" etc..and Kristol says "Are you sure he didn't just recognize you Sam?"
sounds like a good joke to me. Why is this bad to crack jokes?

I'm proud a new Conservative "new conservative" = oxymoron
That is, unless you can have such a thing as new traditional values and
Favor changes while favoring being opposed to change.
To: rcocean
Well, maybe the neocons have lost it.
When it comes to 'losing it' Pat Buchanan is an expert.
